Sources first
Facts come from developer materials and official project sites, county and city records, and established press, in that order of preference. Every building page lists its sources and shows the date its facts were last reviewed (most recently October 31, 2026). When good sources disagree, we show both and say so. Prices are reported figures, not quotes.
Independence
South Florida Real Estate Voice is an independent publication. It is not a real estate brokerage, and it is not affiliated with, endorsed by or paid by any developer listed. Building images are credited to their developers or official project sites.
